Yupik organic kamet flakes are steamed, rolled, and lightly roasted whole kamet grains. Nutty in flavor, hearty kamet flakes are firm in texture; ideal as an alternative to rolled oats, and can be used in hot cereals, granola, baked goods, and more. Kamet flakes use a 2: 1 ratio (2 cups water, 1 cup Kamet flakes), and cook in approximately 10-15 minutes.
