Swish Barrel essences are specially formulated to mimic the taste of premium spirit mash bills and distilling styles. When combined with a neutral spirit such as vodka, moonshine, or grain alcohol the taste can be indistinguishable from many known brands.
- Southern Whiskey Essence is a traditional 19th century New Orleans style taste made by combining bourbon, peach and citrus fruit flavor. Similar in taste to the big brands, this spirit will add a burst of flavor in cocktails such as the Manhattan , Old Fashioned or mix with lemon lime soda, Ginger ale or ginger beer, sparkling wine. The flavor expands and oak notes are imparted when aged in a small or mini oak barrel.
