t Podere Francesco they work our Giardiniera rigorously by hand, each vegetable is blanched separately in sweet and sour, with apple vinegar, white wine, sugar and Cervia salt. The flavors are enhanced by the selection of olive oil together with a seed oil. This is how we get our Crispy, Delicate, Bittersweet Giardiniera. Better yet: crunchy, sweet and sour! Delighful, appealing, and perhaps habit forming! Ideal for aperitifs, cured meats, charcuterie boards, cheese boards, and salads. Hand packed in Abruzzo.
