They didn't leave well enough alone.I purchased this a few months ago and the formulation at the time was absolutely great. I had no idea how powerfully calcium and magnesium could affect mood and emotional wellness. I'm a believer now! sadly, on refill time, I went for the same brand and got this. The label looks identical, but the formulation is a bit different and at least for me, causes urinary urgency. It seems like the same ingredients are in it, yet I see that all the values and percentages are different. I will not be purchasing this again.3I bought these so I could cut down on the ...I bought these so I could cut down on the amount of pills I was taking daily. However, even though a lot of the reviews said " they're big, but they're soft gels" I didn't expect them to be THAT BIG!! I am taking them now because I already paid for them but I will think seriously before reordering this size soft gels again.4The true test will be 30 years from nowI take a handful of vitamins a day and these are by far the largest pills of them all, but I have no problems with their size. I would not say I feel better or worse taking these but I am hoping for the best in the long run. I will be back and update my review in 30 years to say if I wound up getting osteoporosis or if this product helped to keep my bones strong.5Great price/No leg cramps!I like these because they're easier to swallow than hard pills. You might get diarrheaI didn't have this issue with the previous bottle. This seems to have more magnesium oxide in it. If I take it in the morning, I would have a bowel movement by the afternoon.
