We dedicate this pasta to all egg-pasta-lovers. It is delicious if pre-cooked for a couple of minutes in boiling water and then in oven, or super tasty& crispy if baked directly in oven and seasoned with a very smooth and abundant sauce. We like it with vegetables dishes.
