To purchase the entire nasal interface system, visit the Opus 360 product page. Also, this headgear will not fit the original Opus 482 nasal interface CPAP mask (this mask did not include the 360-degree swivel). It only fits the newer Fisher & Paykel Opus 360 (this mask has a 360-degree swivel). If you are unsure of the version of Opus you are using, please call us to find out.
