El Dorado is has a tropical fruity flavor with hints of citrus, stone fruit and fresh melon. Simcoe adds great citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Galena has a great citrus and fruity character to it along with a spicy citrusy flavor and nose. You can use them on there own or mix them together to create an epic IPA of Pale Ale!
