Add 500 milliliters of fruit (37.5% of the cream), add 270 gr of Sugar (20% of the cream), open a 2.0 kg bag of DOLCE DELIZIA 100 GELATO MIX, add 70 gr (5.5% of the cream) into the bucket while mixing for about 60 seconds or until all the solids and flavor have dissolved. Allow the cream to stand for 10 minutes. Whisk vigorously before using it.
