For optimal comfort, we recommend using it while seated or resting. Good for relaxing on the sofa or bed while enjoying sustained cooling
- Long Lasting Coldness - Our ice boot for foot and ankle contain 30% more gel than regular ice pack foot to ensure longer lasting coldness and effectively remove foot discomfort. You can also squeeze more gel to where you need it most. Builting with nylon provides penetrating cold and soft lining to prevent frostbite. Place it in the freezer for at least two hours and it is ready for 15-20 minutes cold application
- Two Sizes Available - Ice pack for feet medium size fits Women's shoe sizes 6.3 to 9.5 US & Men's shoe sizes 5.8 to 9 US. Large size fits Women's shoe sizes 8.8 to 12 US & Men's shoe sizes 8.3 to 11.5 US. If you have high arches, we recommend you to go up a size
