- Our Chick Peas are all-natural, shelled and dried. Chick Peas, which are high in vitamins, protein, minerals and fiber, are also known as Garbanzo Beans. - Sort and rinse thoroughly. Soak overnight. Rinse and place in a large pot, cover with fresh water, and boil for 3 minutes, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 60-90 minutes or until tender. Enjoy!
