Our Body Barrier Recovery Pants paired with the Body Barrier Recovery Packs enables you to have a faster warm up and recovery. Our system can be used before or after work, a workout or for general aches and pains. Instructions for heating and cooling packs: Heating: High wattage microwaves (1000 wattages or above): Place packs in the microwave. Allow packs to microwave for at least 30 seconds, but no longer than 45 seconds to prevent overheating. Slide each pack into their specifically designed pockets on the pants to achieve heat therapy. Low wattage microwaves (700 wattages or lower): Place packs in the microwave. Allow packs to microwave for at least 40 seconds, but no longer than 55 seconds to prevent overheating. Slide each pack into their specifically designed pockets on the pants to achieve heat therapy. Cooling: Place packs in the freezer. Allow packs to freeze for at least 1 hour. Remove packs from the freezer and slide each pack into their specifically designed pockets on the pants to achieve ice therapy. ***Heat and Ice in 20 minute intervals*** Supervision is recommended for use with children under the age of 13.
