BjornQorn's Cloudy Qorn is salty solar popped popcorn slow cooked in safflower oil and seasoned with salt
Created when clouds interrupted our solar cookers during a batch.

The Story
The popcorn is grown on Bjorn's family farm in MN as well as our partner farms in the Hudson Valley of NY
The recipe was perfected using giant solar thermal ovens that we built into the ground. We still use them for demonstration and experimentation
A little big crunchier and toastier than our Classic popcorn
