This California White Sage (Salvia alba) is the most popular variety and has been traded across the United States for centuries. - The large size bag weighs approximately 1 pound. The small size bag weighs approximately 1/4 pound. To use: Place the loose sage in a smudge bowl (glass or abalone shells work best). Light the sage, blow to extinguish the flames, and let smolder while you carry from room to room or fan the sage to produce more smoke. Due to recent changes in Japanese import laws, we cannot ship this item to Japan. We apologize for the inconvenience.
