The Alpha Medical forearm, wrist, & hand splint with adjustable wrist flexion & extension delivers therapeutic function with soothing comfort. The orthosis is made from the finest materials that combine comfort and quality. The wrist splint is made with a unique static, progressive hinge at the wrist that can easily be modified for proper positioning.

Indications:

-Ulnar styloid fracture
-Partial rupture of tendon in wrist/hand
-Colles fracture distal radius
-Pain in wrist, hand, and/or forearm
-Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis
-Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Heres how it works:

Gently slip the orthosis over your hand / wrist and up your forearm. Snuggle your arm into the soft foam of the splint and put your thumb through the thumb hole of the cool spandex liner. With your other hand squeeze the malleable portion of the splint around the forearm and the hand until it provides gentle compression and immobilization. Locate the dial at the fifth digit (pinky) side of the hand and loosen by turning to the left. Adjust the flexion or extension of the wrist to the desired setting and tighten the dial by turning it to the right. Starting at the hand wrap the three Velcro straps around the hand/forearm for proper support and immobilization. Thread the two forearm straps through the buckle and adjust to fit.
