• Delivered pre-shaped in resting position, but the aluminum core may also be re-shaped without the use of tools or heat, to position the MCP and IP joints into the Position of Safe Immobilization (POSI) for trauma fractures, ligament injuries, burns, etc.
• Anatomic configuration supports the important thenar muscle, the CMC and MCP joints.
• One-piece closure provides comfortable compression fit to facilitate venous drainage, while minimizing risk of edema or pressure points caused by straps.
• Lightweight breathable material provides all-day comfort while preventing sweat buildup, even during extended periods of wear.
• Optional accessories: MCP Wedge for quick change of angle, Finger Divider to avoid skin to skin contact, and an Extra Strap for adjusting ulnar or radial deviation.

The material content of the hand orthoses is Polyester, Nylon and Spandex with a core of aluminum and polyethylene. The material content of the thumb orthoses is Nylon, Thermoplastic Polyurethane and Spandex with a core of aluminum and polyethylene.
