AliMed Ulnar Deviation Strap supports MCP joints and maintains finger alignment. Individual finger alignment tabs. Ulnar edge supports little finger from base to IP joint. Use inside a resting position splint, or by itself. Neoprene with nylon lining. Sizing: Measure the width of the hand across the MP joints on the dorsal surface. Measure the fisted hand from the radial side of the second MP head to the ulnar side of the fifth MP head. Medium: 2-3/4" to 3-1/4". Trim with scissors to adjust fit. Product dimensions: Medium: 10"L flat (hand section); Longest finger closure strap is 3"L
