How to make Ingredients 2lbs stew beef 1lb smoked fish tsp salt 1 cube Knorr chicken bouillon cup palm oil 6 cups water 1 package Albasa Egusi Soup Mix Instruction 1.Add beef, salt, bouillon and 1 cups water to medium pot. 2.Cook on medium heat till water is almost dried. 3.Remove meat and set aside 4.Add remaining water and oil and bring to a boil. 5.Quickly stir in Egusi mix and meat. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes 6.Add smoked fish, stir and cook for another 5 minutes
