Agiolax Granules 250g provide a well-balanced combination of fibres and natural Senna.Agiolax by Flordis assists in the relief of constipation while supporting a healthy bowel function.About AgiolaxAgiolax is a natural formulation proven to help relieve constipation and promote regular bowel function.Agiolax contains a well-balanced ratio of natural dietary fibres, made from the seeds and husks of psyllium (Plantago ovata), that is combined with a controlled-release form of the laxative herb Senna.As a two way laxative, Agiolax helps form stools and increase the speed of their movement through the bowel while minimising bloating cramping and wind.IngredientsAgiolax contains a balance of insoluble and soluble fibres combined with natural Senna.Each 5 g of Agiolax granules contains Psyllium seed (2.6 g) and Isphaghula husk (0.11 g) and Senna fruit tinnevelly dry equivalent to 15 mg sennosides.DirectionsAdults and adolescents over 12 years: take one teaspoon in the evening, followed by a glass of water.Agiolax granules and should be swallowed unchewed with a glass of water (approx. 250ml) or mixed with any semi-liquid food, such as yoghurt.The laxative action is gentle and a bowel movement can be expected 8-12 hours after taking a dose.PrecautionsUse in children under 12 years is not recommended. Drink plenty of water. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breast feeding, seek healthcare professional advice before taking Agiolax. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. It is not recommended to take Agiolax for longer than 1-2 weeks.
