• FULLY WASHED - This coffee was produced from a single farm in Muyinga Province, Burundi. With notes of spiced toffee, chocolate, lemon zest, it is a perfect drip coffee or pour over.
• A CULINARY APPROACH - Our coffees are roasted on a vintage 1955 Gothot roaster. Our roasting techniques are informed by a culinary background, borrowing heavily from the wine and fine dining industries.
